| Hey Xanga. Go here Love zach | | |
| 0001: I woke up, washed face and teeth and dressed. I then rode on into the heart of Lakeland to take care of some business.
0010: To the bank I drove, my jar of change and check in hand. fter I
deposited them, I paid our electric bill and then bought gasoline for
the car. As I drove back to the house, I remembered my Mom saying
something about our old church's youth group coming over for lunch, so
I bought a coupel 12 packs of cola for them. And they didnt even drink
any.
0011: I got home and talked to the wonderful Roseryrose for a few
minutes, who left me for a phone call, and then the kids got here and I
chatted for a few minutes before having to leave and take Aron to the
airport. As we drove to the airport, we decided to take a trip to
Cracker Barrel since Aron had never been there before. We ended up
being there way later than we had planned.
0100: At 3:05pm I started driving into Tampa. We barely got Aron to his
flight (which left at 3:40) before it took off. We told him that we'd
wait around for him in case he missed his flight and whatnot, so we hit
up the gameroom. What a crappy gameroom it was. Overpriced games and
none of them very fun. I played my brother in a game of that hockey
game that's like foosball and devoured him 2-0. I was team Canada and
was in red white and blue and he was America and was in red and white.
Go figure.
0101: After we left the airport, we decided to get out of Rush Hour
traffic and see a movie. We decided on BAd News Bears. It was pretty
good. I like the original a lot better but this one was quite good.
Thorton did a good job as Buttermaker but Matthaeu perfected it. The
characters we are well done and the way they adapted it to be in the
"present" flowed as well.
0110: The plan to beat traffic worked like a charm, we stopped for
dinner at BuddyFreddy's , a southern bufft type place and I only had
dessert. The food was nasty I was told and I doubt we'll ever go there
again. No quarrels there from me.
I think that's about it for the day. It was pretty busy. Lots of driving and such for me. But, that's Ok. | | |
| Maybe I am just an aging punk rocker, but Social Distortion is the best
damn punk band I've heard in a while. I know they've been around
forever, but their music is so simple, yet so heartfelt and when i hear
the lyrics, I am reminded of times in my life.
I think that is what good music does though. Makes you think of times
you've had and thigns you've gone through. The stuff on MTV & radio
for the most part is so atrocious and self-centered, it's ridiculous. I
can't see how people can enjoy hearing 15 different guys in fur coats
talk about their car/ho's and about how awesome they are.
"Hey! 50 Cent just said he has had sex! I've had sex! 50 cent rocks!"
whatever kids. I am full of inane banter this morning. That's what going to bed at a decent hour does to a guy.

| a broken promise
makes a broken heart
bleed for the world to see
but Silence, heart
for the world has not time
for your moaning
or your bitching
We are busy, they say
busy keeping up with the fashion
and the news of today
so shut yourself away
inside a swollen chest
and
never
let anyone hear you cry
(you pansy.)
